gone are the days of public libraries and index cards.
next thing you know, we’ll start to feel ancient when books all together become things of the past…… i hear ‘electronic books’ are starting to be distributed to various major libraries around the nation.
i heard about that on national public radio the other day. if they convert all textbooks to the electronic format, we hope prices would drop, convenience would skyrocket, and eyes would strain.
where are my reading glasses?
oh, yah. kristin leoncio: i still have your glasses. muahaha :)
It’s just all so strange to fathom about what may no longer exist in the next decade… Of course most, if not all, fear change… but I suppose change is something essential for survival.
God knows we all need to be more environmentally conscious with what we do, and I know that a good enormous chunk of the human population don’t even know what global warming is.
